This document forms the terms and conditions of J. Parratt, A Dancers Lens (ADL).

By entering the giveaway the client acknowledges and confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions contained within this document.

The client understands the the following terms and conditions are limited to the giveaway only. Terms and conditions of shoots will be forwarded to winners.

Entry requirements

1.1 The person entering must be over the age of 16

1.2 The person entering is the client, you cannot enter on behalf of someone else.

1.3 The person entering must be following the account @adancerslens on instagram

1.4 The person entering must comment on the giveaway post three other accounts tagging them with their ‘@‘

1.5 The person entering must share the post to their instagram story and tag @adancerslens in the story.

1.6 The person entering can enter multiple times by commenting with another 3 peoples ‘@‘

1.7 The comments must consist of actual peoples accounts/ mutual friends and or family who they know and not businesses, celebrities or others that may be considered unrelated

Winner

2.1 Entries will be accepted for two weeks from the time of posting the giveaway

2.2 The winner/s will be announced shortly after closing, in an instagram story

2.3 The winner/s have 24 hours to reply to the story to claim their prize or face loosing the prize to a fellow contestant.

Booking

3.1 The winners booking must be held within two months of the announcement of the prize

3.2 The prize includes up to a 2 hour shoot with 5 edited images included

50% off bookings

4.1 The first 10 people to make a booking, who entered the giveaway and don’t win, will be eligible for 50% off an editorial headshot shoot

4.2 The booking must be made within 28 days of the end of the giveaway closing

4.3 The booking cannot be booking any further than 3 months from the date of enquiry
